Gajaba Zoo Located In Anuradapura District Facing Anuradapura - Jaffna Road At Near The Saliyapura Army Camp.The National Zoological Gardens can be visited from 6 am to 6 pm only for security reasons.This is a small zoo and the maintenance and service is done by the Sri Lanka Army Gajaba Regiment.There are no admission fees and there are water and sanitation facilities and catering.It is a great place to spend time with small children and sports facilities are considered for small children.Various species of animals can be seen here.Examples include birds, cattle, reptiles, and fish.There are also some endemic animal species in Sri Lanka.
