About Nuwara Wewa
It is one of the biggest man made reservoirs in Anuradhapura. It is believed that this was built by King Walagamba. The water level will risen during the rainy season yet it gets lower during the dry season. Very photogenic place. Had very best and respectable history. You can buy dry fish near tank and also you can take very beautiful landscape pictures.
