About Mihindu Stupa
It is believed that the remnants of Mihindu Thero & Itthiya Thero have been housed in this stupa. To reach this stupa, you have to climb up the mountain from the car park for about 45 minutes and descend for 10 minutes. Make sure that you do not disturb the archeological work sites, as the restoration work & excavations is still going on.
