About Jathika Namal Uyana
A nation reserve and heritage site for Rose Quartz. It got the name from the flower of the Na tree which is mostly available tree in this forest. This place is kept like a monastery so you should keep quite and should be in decent behaviour. Getting a guide is not necessary for locals but for foreigners it is necessary. There's man made path ways with interlock cement blocks near the entrance. But when you are going further into the reserve roads will be just trails. There's no drinking water inside the forest so carry drinking water.
