About Shanthipura View Point
Shanthipura is the highest village in SL located 7 km from Nuwara Eliya town. You can see a panoramic 360 View from here. The following mountains can be seen from here piduruthalagala, Haggala, Moon plain, Adams peak, Kikiliyamana, and Kirigalpoththa. The viewpoint is maintained by the government authority. The ticket per person is Rs.50. There is a small shop and you can have some freshments.
