The ruins of Vihara still can be seen with diminishing of water level of Kotmale Reservoir but the sight is very rare( most probably january , february ,march and april months ). With the rain with rising water it again submerged in to Kothmale reservoir. So if you heard it has emerged back don't forget to go and see it. Because you may get a chance in once for several years.
