Blackpool is located in a small town known as "Spring Velley" at Badulla. Once you arrived to Spring Velley town from Badulla, there is a road to left side, which is also road to Rupawahini repeater towers. Take that road about one kilometer and you will find a concrete road to left side. Keep the Kovil as a landmark, so it won't be difficult to find the exact location from Spring Velley town. The place is calm and quite and the water is not polluted and very cool. There is a little shop between the road, but make sure to bring all necessary stuffs. Please do not ruin this beautiful place by throwing garbages here .
